Points/Question Score.

2/10 = Sorry No Job
4/10 = Almost there
5/10 = One More Correct And You've Got It. :\
6/10 = Your Going To Be a Stand In moderator For When One Is On Holiday, Well Done!
8/10 = You Are Going To be A Part Time Moderator, 2 Weeks A Month
10/10 = Well Done Your A Full Time Moderator.

After you have taken the moderator & Admin Application; To Continue trying to be an admin answer the next 5 questions after this topic.
Its called admin and mod so you know you have to answer those ten and then five to get it.

But only answer the next 5 if you have completed the first ten or we will find out!
